Our Programs

Power & Purpose

Power & Purpose builds on these two core principles—strength and mindset—creating a comprehensive approach to personal transformation.

Strength as the foundation for power:

True power comes from building physical strength. By focusing on strength training, the program empowers women to feel in control of their bodies and their lives. Physical strength is a tangible representation of personal power, helping participants rebuild not just stronger bodies, but also confidence and resilience.

Mindset as the foundation for purpose:

A powerful mindset is the key to unlocking purpose. Through mindset coaching, participants learn to develop mental resilience and the adaptive skill of accountability as the foundation for shifting their perspective. By practicing accountability and adopting a growth mindset, women can create a vision for their future, aligning their newfound strength with a deeper sense of purpose.

Success is built in community. Power & Purpose thrives on a group dynamic that fosters support and accountability, helping participants stay committed to their journey. As an ex-inmate-run program, Power & Purpose is relatable, authentic, and provides real-life connections for the women involved, proving that transformation is possible for anyone.

Community Programs

We create accessible opportunities for people in the community to move, grow, connect, and rebuild through fitness, wellness, coaching, and purpose-driven support.

Our community programs are designed to help individuals build confidence, consistency, and healthier habits while forming meaningful connections with others who are committed to personal growth.

Through group fitness sessions, wellness workshops, mindset coaching, and peer support, participants strengthen their bodies, develop emotional resilience, and practice accountability in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. These programs emphasize practical life skills, stress management, boundary setting, and goal achievement, supporting people at all stages of recovery, reentry, or personal transformation.

Convicted COMEBACK’s community programs foster a sense of belonging and shared purpose, helping participants move from isolation to connection and from surviving to thriving. Whether someone is rebuilding after setbacks or simply seeking a healthier path, our offerings provide the structure, encouragement, and community needed to create lasting positive change.

Prison Programming

We bring structured fitness, wellness, mindset, and leadership programming directly into correctional facilities. Our classes are designed to help incarcerated individuals build the internal strength and practical skills needed for successful reentry and long-term change.

Through consistent physical training, participants develop greater physical strength, emotional resilience, discipline, confidence, and mental clarity. Our curriculum goes beyond exercise to include personal development, accountability practices, teamwork, and leadership development. Participants learn how to set goals, follow through on commitments, manage stress, establish healthy boundaries, and take ownership of their decisions.

Convicted COMEBACK’s prison programming creates a space where individuals can begin practicing positive change in a structured environment. We combine fitness as a tool for transformation with trauma-informed approaches and real-life reentry strategies, helping participants rebuild their identity, restore hope, and prepare for a successful return to the community.

Our goal is to equip people with the mindset, habits, and skills that make staying out and thriving possible — one workout, one commitment, and one decision at a time.

Reentry and Second-Chance Support

We support individuals as they work to rebuild their lives after incarceration, addiction, trauma, or major life setbacks. Our focus is not just helping people get out of difficult situations. It is helping them stay out, rise up, and build a stable, purposeful life they no longer feel the need to escape from.

At Convicted COMEBACK, we provide comprehensive, practical support that combines wellness and fitness programming, workforce development, trauma-informed care, accountability coaching, and real-world reentry guidance. We help participants develop vocational skills, strengthen personal discipline, rebuild confidence, repair family relationships, and secure meaningful employment — especially in second-chance friendly environments like the skilled trades.

We meet every person with dignity and compassion, while holding them to high standards of responsibility and growth. Through structured programs, peer mentorship from those with lived experience, and ongoing support, we walk alongside justice-impacted individuals as they create financial stability, healthy boundaries, and a strong sense of identity and purpose.

Our goal is simple yet powerful: to help people not only survive reentry, but truly thrive — turning their second chance into a life of contribution, credibility, and lasting freedom.
